BALTECH OA-5000 simple oil analyzer, oil and lubrication tester
Oil analyzer BALTECH OA-5000 measures effects of contamination and electrochemical changes, that appear in synthetic and mineral oil. This effect is most noticeable in motor oil, as well as in gearboxes and lubricating oils.
BALTECH OA-5000- is a portable device, that performs analysis within 2 minutes. It is an alternative for long- term laboratory analysis.
Operation principle
BALTECH OA-5000 determines and measures dielectric oil component. By comparison of measurement results of used and unused oil of the same mark, Oil Analyzer BALTECH determines a rate of change of dielectric oil component. Dielectric change shows degradation and oil contamination level and helps a user to optimize intervals between oil changes, find out wear increase and degradation of oil properties. The analyzer displays a measurement value. BALTECH OA-5000 is the simpliest oil analyzer, oil and lubrication tester.
